Revolve is specializes in premium Brazilian hair sales. We devote ourselves in providing you premium quality Virgin Remy hair extensions with reasonable price and knight service. In order to offer you secure online shopping circumstance, we are launching ‘Free Exchange & Return’ campaign from now.
Definite details below:
- The customer who isn’t satisfied with our products, please contact us by email within 48 hours to make application of “return or exchange” since you sign for your goods. Overdue this item is not available.
- Please send pictures of the hair extensions to us when you decide to make exchange or return.
- The exchange can be done in the same style, and if you want to exchange the different style, you should pay the price difference.
- There won’t be any re-stocking fee charged for exchange, but Clients need to afford the shipping cost of the hair extensions. For refund cases the shipping fee and restocking fee will be deducted form your refund. But if it is our responsibility, you get full refund. After we confirm your exchange or return request, then you can send the hair back with it.
- In order to ensure the safe transport of the hair extension, be sure to contact us before sending it back, Please! We have the right to Western union money transfer refuse to sign for the package if you send them back without our permission! Otherwise you will be responsible for all the losses arising there from.
- This promise is applied for the hair we sell, it does not apply to special offer products except for any quality problem. Please make sure Merchandise is in new condition, unused, uncut and in original packaging.

We can cancel the order for you free of charge if you contact us in time after your purchase.
- For in stock orders, please contact us within 8 hours after your payment finished.
- For bulk orders that we don’t have in stock, please contact us within 4 hrs. after your payment finished.
- Overdue, you will be charged 15% restocking fee.
- Orders can’t be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.
- Returns are permitted with a $25 restocking fee.

Due to the delicate nature of the closures, its important to take extra care to prevent damage in the form of balding. Balding is when your closure begins to have a spot where the hairs have come out of the base creating a balding appearance. This can be caused by, but not limited to excessive tugging, brushing/ combing, scratching with fingernails or foreign objects, applying product directly on the closure, rough handling, or vigorous washing. Closures while mimicking a real scalp, they cannot be treated like a real scalp. You must handle with care. Each hair is individually ventilated into the base, single knotted and secured with a strong adhesive. Based on the construction of the closure, you should comb/ brush the hairs from the ends, working your way up to the root while holding the hair at the root to prevent tension. Hair loss on closures are is relatively easy because it is not on a weft. Improper care of your closure will cause balding and unfortunately there is no way to fix this!
